Every Friday from November to May we have our spectacular Cocido madrileño.

A special dish for the cool winter days.

Served in three bowls.

  • Noodle soup
  • Chickpeas, carrots, potatoes and cabbage (cooked and sautéed separately).
  • Poultry, beef and pork, with chorizo, black pudding and bacon.

Accompanied by pickles and a tomato paste.

A popular dish that gives us energy for the rest of the day as well as unforgettable memories of family meals.
