A special dish for the cool winter days.
Served in three bowls.
- Noodle soup
- Chickpeas, carrots, potatoes and cabbage (cooked and sautéed separately).
- Poultry, beef and pork, with chorizo, black pudding and bacon.
Accompanied by pickles and a tomato paste.
