Booking conditions
The client, at the moment of confirming the reservation, acquires the commitment to comply with the rules of the Internal Regulations Rules, as well as the conditions of regulation of the services of the campsite during the period of hygienic-sanitary restrictions for reasons of the COVID-19, being the payment of the reservation, a sign of acceptance of the general conditions of contracting of Camping Racó.
The right of admission is reserved, so that the campsite may terminate the accommodation booking contract or during the stay, if there is non-compliance by the client with the Internal Regulations or the health and hygiene instructions.
Plot reservation
- The price of the pitch includes Caravan + vehicle + 2 people. VAT is included.
- Prices are per pitch per day. The extras are per unit and electricity according to consumption.
- The price of the pitch is calculated according to the dates and duration of the stay, so it will be adjusted to the current rate in case of early departures.
- The extension of the stay is subject to the availability of the establishment.
- The booking is confirmed once the requested deposit (normally 25% of the stay) has been paid.
- The total amount of the outstanding booking will be paid in full on arrival. Stays of more than 30 days: one month’s deposit is payable in advance.
- Electricity: there is a deposit of 3€ per day of stay. Stays longer than one month will have a deposit of 60€.
- Electricity will be paid on presentation of the invoice.
- The reservation of a pitch guarantees the reservation of an accommodation, never of a specific number of pitches, nor a specific area, nor accommodation together. The campsite reserves the right to allocate the number of accommodation according to availability and internal organisation. We will try to meet the preferences of our customers.
- The reserved pitch will be at the disposal of the client from 13:00 h on the contracted day of arrival until 12:00 h on the final date of the stay.
- On departure, the client must leave the pitch in perfect condition, without any abandoned items or rubbish.
- The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the pitch. Please consult conditions and supplements.
- Owners of pets entering the facilities will have to prove at the entrance that they have a current vaccination card and the regulatory chip. Failure to do so will result in the restriction of access to the facilities.
Cancellation of plot reservations
During the period of restrictions due to COVID-19, a period of 2 days prior to arrival is established to cancel the booking without charge and with the right to a refund of the deposit paid.
Once back to “normal”.
– Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancellation between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancellation made 7 days or less prior to arrival date: the deposit will be forfeited.
– The deposit will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made if it has been made within the last 30 days, if more time has elapsed the refund will be made by bank transfer.
Bungalow reservation
- The price of the accommodation includes two or four people depending on the type of booking and a parking space for one vehicle. VAT is included.
- The prices are per bungalow and day for the number of people booked. The extras are per unit.
- Electricity is included in the price for stays of less than 31 days. Stays of 31 days or more will be charged according to electricity consumption.
- The price of the bungalow is established according to the dates and duration of the stay, so it will be adjusted to the current rate in case of early departures.
- The extension of the stay is subject to the availability of the establishment.
- The booking is confirmed once the requested deposit (normally 25% of the stay) has been paid.
- The total amount of the outstanding booking will be paid in full on arrival. Stays of more than 30 days: one month’s deposit is payable in advance.
- On the day of arrival a cash deposit of 100,00 will be made as a guarantee against any damage that may be caused to the objects inventoried in the bungalow. This guarantee will be returned on departure, once it has been checked by the person in charge.
- The reservation of a bungalow guarantees the reservation of an accommodation, never of a specific number of bungalows, nor a specific area, nor accommodation together. The campsite reserves the right to allocate the number of bungalows according to availability and internal organisation. We will try to comply with the preferences of the clients.
- The reserved bungalow will be at the disposal of the client from 17:00 h on the contracted day of arrival until 12:00 h on the final date of the stay.
- The maximum occupancy per bungalow is 5 people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The bungalow is equipped with TV screen, air conditioning, hot water, sheets and pillowcase (changed once a week), towels and kitchen utensils.
- The price includes the use of the campsite facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool, heated swimming pool (depending on the season), etc.
Cancellation of bungalow bookings

Other cancellations
Any cancellation of a plot or bungalow reservation must be requested in writing signed by the holder of the reservation to be sent by email to [email protected] for telephone reservations, it must be made through our telephone number + 34 965 86 85 52.
In addition, the written request must be accompanied by a document showing that you are the holder of the account to which you wish to receive the refund of all or part of the deposit, if applicable.
In cases of force majeure such as:
- Death or hospitalisation of an immediate family member for at least one night.
- Summons of the client making the reservation as a party, witness or juror in any legal proceeding or as a member of the electoral board of any state, regional or municipal electoral process.
No refunds/discounts are offered for inclement weather.The client may leave the establishment in the camping area early in the event of weather conditions classified as ORANGE alerts (official communication from AEMET), without the obligation to pay the rest of the contracted stay. Early departures will be considered and the price will be adjusted according to the duration of the stay.
Any of the causes for the cancellation of the booking or the stay must be duly justified by sending as many documents as possible to accredit the situation alleged by the client and must be sent together with the booking cancellation request to [email protected]
